Perform 20 lunges (10 times each leg), followed by a 200-meter run and 20 V-ups. Do as many reps as you can in 10 minutes (AMRAP).

Workout 5:

Perform three sets of 30 seconds of leg raises, followed by 30 seconds of alternating V-ups and 30 seconds of sprinter sit-ups, with a 2-3 minute break in between.
