Spicy Grilled Paneer

Paneer provides instant energy as it is rich in calcium, selenium and potassium. It also has high protein content, making it a good choice for a vegetarian diet.


  • Paneer – 40 g
  • Curd – 1.5 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder – 1 tsp
  • Red chilli powder – ½ tsp
  • Black pepper powder – ¼ tsp
  • Turmeric powder – ⅛ tsp
  • Salt – ¼ tsp
  • Oil – 2 tsp


  • In a mixing bowl, add the paneer slices, 1.5 tbsp curd, ginger – garlic paste, coriander powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, black pepper powder and salt. Mix well to combine.
  • Heat 2 tsp oil in a pan. Add the marinated paneer slices and roast it evenly. Flip and roast the other side.
  • Serve hot.
