Paneer provides instant energy as it is rich in calcium, selenium and potassium. It also has high protein content, making it a good choice for a vegetarian diet.

Ingredients
- Paneer – 40 g
- Curd – 1.5 tbsp
- Ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp
- Coriander powder – 1 tsp
- Red chilli powder – ½ tsp
- Black pepper powder – ¼ tsp
- Turmeric powder – ⅛ tsp
- Salt – ¼ tsp
- Oil – 2 tsp
Method
- In a mixing bowl, add the paneer slices, 1.5 tbsp curd, ginger – garlic paste, coriander powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, black pepper powder and salt. Mix well to combine.
- Heat 2 tsp oil in a pan. Add the marinated paneer slices and roast it evenly. Flip and roast the other side.
- Serve hot.
