Being light and low on calories, puffed rice is an ideal option for people on a weight loss regimen. If you want a change from the usual murmura baath try this mint flavored breath.

Ingredients
- Puffed rice – 4 cups
- Fresh mint leaves – 1 cup
- Onion – 1 big sized
- Tomato finely chopped – ½ cup
- Green chillies split – 4
- Cashew nuts – 10
- Cumin seeds – ½ tsp
- Turmeric powder – a big pinch
- Salt to taste
- Oil – 1 tbsp
Method
- Soak the puffed rice in water for a min and drain it. Set aside
- Grind the fresh mint leaves into a coarse paste and set aside.
- Heat oil in a kadhai, add the cumin seeds and let it splutter.
- Add the split green chillies and cashew nuts. Saute well for a min.
- Add the chopped onion and saute well.
- Add chopped tomato, mint paste and turmeric powder. Saute well till the tomato turns mushy.
- Add the soaked puffed rice and salt. Mix well.
- Serve hot.
