Mayo Free Egg Salad

This healthy egg salad is prepared with boiled eggs and lots of veggies. It can be had as a meal. It also goes very well in sandwiches and roti rolls


  • 3 boiled eggs
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • ½ cup shredded cabbage
  • 1 small carrot grated
  • 1 green chilli chopped
  • Handful of chopped coriander leaves
  • Black pepper powder
  • Salt as needed
  • ½ to ¾ tsp chaat masala


  • In a mixing bowl, add the chopped onion, shredded cabbage, grated carrot and chopped green chilli.
  • Give a good mix.
  • Add the cubed boiled eggs, sprinkle black pepper powder, salt and chaat masala.
  • Add the chopped coriander leaves. Cover the bowl and gently toss the salad.
  • Serve immediately.
