Green Salad

This salad is good for a side dish or a meal on its own. They pair with just about any main dish


  • ¾ cup chopped cucumber
  • ½ cup chopped carrots
  • ¼ cup chopped onions
  • ¼ cup chopped tomato
  • ¼ cup chopped beetroot
  • ¼ cup shredded cabbage
  • ¼ tsp crushed black pepper
  • Salt – a pinch
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 8-10 Mint leaves – finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp Coriander leaves – finely chopped


  • In a mixing bowl, add all the prepared vegetables, mint and coriander leaves. Add salt, lemon juice and crushed black pepper. Toss them well.
  • Serve immediately.
