A healthy roti made with fibre-rich oats and iron-rich methi leaves. This roti is a good option for weight watchers and diabetics
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- ¼ cup rolled oats
- ½ cup chopped fenugreek leaves
- 1 tsp green chilli paste
- Salt to taste
- Oil – for roasting
- In a mixing bowl, add all whole wheat flour, rolled oats, chopped fenugreek leaves, green chilli paste and salt. Knead into a soft smooth dough adding enough water.
- Roll the dough into a circle.
- Heat the tawa and roast the roti adding a little oil. Roast well on both sides.
- Serve hot.
