Methi Oats Roti

A healthy roti made with fibre-rich oats and iron-rich methi leaves. This roti is a good option for weight watchers and diabetics


  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • ¼ cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup chopped fenugreek leaves
  • 1 tsp green chilli paste
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil – for roasting


  • In a mixing bowl, add all whole wheat flour, rolled oats, chopped fenugreek leaves, green chilli paste and salt. Knead into a soft smooth dough adding enough water.
  • Roll the dough into a circle.
  • Heat the tawa and roast the roti adding a little oil. Roast well on both sides.
  • Serve hot.
