Green Smoothie

A healthy drink that combines the goodness and taste of fruits, spinach and ginger with the lusciousness of curd.


  • 2 cups roughly chopped spinach
  • ½ cup roughly chopped apple
  • ½ cup orange segments
  • 1 tsp roughly chopped ginger
  • 1.5 cups chilled curd
  • 1 tbsp honey


  • In a mixer jar, add all the ingredients. 
  • Add ¼ cup of water and blend till smooth.
  • Serve immediately
