This is a heart friendly, high fibre recipe. Stewed apples are baked with a topping of high – fibre muesli and are loaded with oats and nuts.

Ingredients
- Ragi flour – ½ cup
- Ghee – 1 tbsp
- Stevia – 1.5 tsp
- Cardamom powder – ¼ tsp
Method
- Heat ghee in a broad non – stick pan. Add the ragi flour and saute on medium flame for 3 mins.
- Add 1.5 cups of hot water and mix well. Stir continuously with a whisk and cook on a medium flame for 2 mins.
- Turn off the stove and add the stevia and cardamom powder. Mix well.
- Serve immediately.
