Ragi Sheera

This is a heart friendly, high fibre recipe. Stewed apples are baked with a topping of high – fibre muesli and are loaded with oats and nuts.


  • Ragi flour – ½ cup
  • Ghee – 1 tbsp
  • Stevia – 1.5 tsp
  • Cardamom powder – ¼ tsp


  • Heat ghee in a broad non – stick pan. Add the ragi flour and saute on medium flame for 3 mins.
  • Add 1.5 cups of hot water and mix well. Stir continuously with a whisk and cook on a medium flame for 2 mins. 
  • Turn off the stove and add the stevia and cardamom powder. Mix well.
  • Serve immediately.
